Shipping policy

HYPERsocks ships to addresses within the Croatia. We're not shipping international yet.

Shipment processing time

We ship all orders every Monday and Wednesday (unless if it is a national holiday) with our national postal service - Hrvatska pošta. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

At the moment we can ship our socks only in Croatia, but we'll try to make it soon as possible to ship internationally. Shipping costs for one or two pairs of socks will be 22.50 HR kuna. Free shipping when you spend 135 kn or more. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The estimated time of your order depends on the shipping location. We are using Hrvatska Pošta shipping services for which estimated delivery time should be 3-5 business days.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

HYPERsocks is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages 

HYPERsocks is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
